Our Online Training courses prepare you for the practice-based IFM Training Seminar.
The Seminars occur either at one of our regional Training Centers or in the field at your local church or Christian organization.
Training Centers allow us to offer training at set times and locations throughout the year, allowing you to plan your visit.
In the Field Training gives you greater flexibility regarding the dates and locations of your training, with the possibility of completing your training close to home, but usually with less time to plan.
Visit our Training List page to schedule your attendance at one of our Training Seminars this year.
Visit our Events page to locate a Seminar close to you, or fill out our Invitation Form to request1 RTF come to your church or Christian organization.
1 This is conditional on several factors including Pastoral support and number of trainees.
The IFM Training Seminar usually takes place in the local church or similar environment and is approximately 24 hours in length.
Depending on the Trainer and/or church Leader, this will usually take about 3 days plus an evening.
It is assumed that all attendees are well prepared having been conscientious in their preparation and study of the Issue-Focused Ministry Observation Course and related training material. There will be little teaching of fundamentals, so preparation is essential. You will practice:
Analyzing Personal Questionnaires (PQs)
Working in a team of 3 and completing 6 IFM ministry sessions, 2 as Lead, 2 as Assistant and 2 as Receiver
Our Regional Training Centers run seminars at regular times throughout the year, check our Training Centers page for seminar dates.
Check our Events page as Training Seminars from around the world are regularly added.
Fill out our Invitation Form to request a team hold a seminar in your area. This option will greatly depend on your Pastoral oversight and the number of trainees ready to attend. Inform your friends in the local church community about RTF and the opportunity to begin training online.
Following successful completion of the training, IFM ministers are released to minister by their spiritual oversight and minister under the authority and covering of their local church or Christian organization.
A husband and wife team (who are both IFM trained) can minister to both men and women, while single men and women may only team with a person of the same gender and are only allowed to minister to a person of the same gender.
First and most importantly, spend some time in prayer and the Word asking the Holy Spirit “Is RTF training for me? Are you calling me to this?”
Take the ‘Welcome’, ‘Hope, Healing and Freedom’ and ‘Issue-Focused Ministry Observation’ courses to see if RTF is something you would like to be trained in.
We are all in need of healing, so maybe the best way to determine if being trained as an RTF minister is right for you, is to receive either IFM or TFM personal ministry. Contact us to arrange for ministry.

Restoring the Foundations doesn't only deal with the symptoms; it destroys the roots of our pain. This ministry has changed my life for the rest of my life. And, being trained in the integrated approach to healing has empowered me to minister to women in my church and anywhere else in the world.
I couldn't get victory in certain areas of my life. By going through the ministry, my ministers showed me the patterns and give me some of the scriptural foundation to understand why it was still operating in my life.... This is huge! This is miraculous! And, it's changing my life and my family's life.
