We have an awesome, loving Lord who cares deeply for each of us. We’d love to hear from you if you have any questions as you consider your ministry options with us. We are flexible and are willing to meet with you for a week or spread out your ministry in weekly sessions. We pray that the Holy Spirit will guide you as you proceed.

Our passion is to create a safe place where you can meet with God and experience healing and revelation. We want to see people discover who they are as sons and daughters in Christ and embrace the Father’s love and forgiveness.
We moved to Virginia from Nebraska in 2014 to be closer to our two sons, their wonderful wives, and our four grandchildren. One of Nancy’s favorite places to relax and feel close to God is the ocean. She loves walking in the sand, watching the sunrises and sunsets and the tide go in and out, marveling at the scent, sound, and beauty of this majestic place God created. Bill enjoys exercising, classical music and choral singing. We have served in lay Christian ministry throughout our marriage in churches large and small. Connecting with friends is also paramount to us; through many relationships, we have experienced God in wonderful ways. We enjoy the symphony, theater, the arts, hosting friends in our home and taking daily long walks with our Labradoodle, Zoey.
For decades, we’ve loved being a part of several ministries bringing a measure of freedom and healing to individuals and couples, including ourselves. In 2010, Nancy learned about Restoring the Foundations while attending a healing seminar. She became excited because she saw a model that was so complete and replicable for training as well as bringing real and lasting transformation. One aspect that really impresses us about Restoring the Foundations is the strong scriptural support given for every aspect of the ministry process.
We have experienced the kindness and goodness of God in tangible ways that have given us a heart of love and compassion for others. We’ve also experienced several life traumas. Nancy’s parents divorced when she was 8 (which involved separation from her sister), sexual and emotional abuse, her stepmother’s alcoholism, her mother’s suicide, and her struggle with depression, anorexia, bulimia and very low self-esteem. Bill experienced sexual abuse involving a camp counselor and the failure of his first marriage. Together, we have struggled through Bill’s battle with cancer, as well as two significant periods of unemployment. Through it all, we have seen God mend the brokenhearted and set the captives free. We embrace the fruit of the Spirit as foundational to our ministry approach and the way we seek to live our lives. Nancy finds a special connection with women experiencing eating disorders and/or body image issues, abuse, and depression.
